I just wanted to to drop you a note to sincerely thank you for the carpet and upholstery cleaning services that you, the cleaning doctor, have provided over the past month here at the Highcliff Marriott Hotel.
Excellent job with excellent results at a very competitive and fair price.
All the public areas carpets including the Highcliff Grill & Bar and all the Banqueting rooms look like new bearing in mind the high traffic they have to endure every day. I am particularly pleased with the work carried out in the bedroom corridors and all the 160 bedrooms you have done - not an easy job at all but done very thoroughly and for us as a hotel even more important - very efficiently. The turn around time from initial cleaning to be able to check a guest in a few hours later was superb. Great system you have there.
Thanks as well for cleaning all the upholstery in the Bar and Lobby - like the carpets very well done. They look like new and again great turnaround.
I shall keep your number handy for any jobs coming up in the future and I shall recommend you to my colleagues and friends as they say.
