Very thorough, professional job. Interesting to know: explained
every stage of a very detailed process. Excellent results;
the dirt extracted by the initial cleaning process and trapped
by the water filter (vacuum cleaner) was dramatically revealing.
I never appreciated until now how much hidden dirt a carpet and
three piece suite could contain. Good to have soft furnishings

Mr David Hill was very nice with the way he explained
what he would be doing, and the way he worked was nice, as
he did not make a mess for us to clear up after him, as many
