Water Removal and Restoration after a Flood due to a Frost Damaged Burst Pipe
I wish to sincerely express my thanks and gratitude to the Cleaning Doctor team lead by William and Wayne Little who carried out an excellent preventative water removal service. Due to a recent cold spell a water pipe in my property burst resulting in major water damage. When the Cleaning Doctor team were called they turned up promptly and commenced the drying out process. Even though dehumidifying equipment being in very short supply due to many properties being in a similar position to my own, Wayne and his team pulled out all the stops to ensure that everything required was sourced. The property initially was in a very sorry state and was even without electricity at one point. The team were not put off by this issue running a power lead from a neighbour’s house. What was an absolute nightmare to begin with ended very well. Throughout the entire process the team maintained excellent communication with virtually daily telephone calls.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wayne and his team to anyone in this situation.
